How shipping works
Every pair is held in one of our four markets and shows its location on the listing. If you're in that city, delivery is free. Anywhere else, we ship worldwide with full tracking and insurance.
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the pair's origin city. That is the only charge we collect for delivery — we do not add any handling fees on top.
Import duties & taxes
We do not charge, collect, or prepay import duties or local taxes. For international orders, your country's customs authority may assess duties or VAT on arrival — the amount depends entirely on your destination country's rules and the declared value of the shipment.
Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility and are payable directly to the carrier or customs authority on delivery. We always declare shipments accurately and provide full documentation. If you'd like an estimate of what duties may apply in your country, we recommend consulting your local customs authority or contacting the Maison before you order.
Delivery times
In-city deliveries are typically arranged within a few days of your confirmation call. International orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
