The video-call check
Every purchase is confirmed on a live video call before we ship. We show you the actual pair you ordered — the upper, the soles, the box and the size tag — so you can see precisely what you're receiving. Nothing leaves us until you've seen it and confirmed.
This is what lets us sell rare pairs with confidence on both sides: there are no surprises, because you approve the exact pair in real time.
Returns policy
We do not accept returns. Because you inspect and approve your exact pair on the video call before it ships, every sale is final once shipped.
If, during the video call, the pair is not what you expected and you decide not to proceed, we refund your payment less the non-recoverable processing fees — the credit-card or bank-transfer fees charged to us, which the providers do not return. The remainder is refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping & import duties
Shipping is charged at checkout — that is the only delivery cost we collect. We do not charge import duties or local taxes. For international orders, your destination country may levy duties at customs; these are the buyer's responsibility. Tracking is shared once your pair ships after your confirmation call.
